Dave Borland is the Strategic Services Consultant and founder of Scope Interactive. He has been involved with application development and multimedia projects for the previous 10 years. Dave has focused in the industrial and business services marketplace where his knowledge of strategic planning and business-to-business marketing has proven effective. He has developed solutions and consulted with organizations such as Medrad, Kennametal, Gilbane Building Company, Yanni Partners, Invensys Metering Systems, The Epilepsy Foundation, and Penn State University.
